The Enemy
Scripture is clear that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against a real and ancient enemy whose purpose has always been to steal, distort, and destroy what God has made good. From the first deception in the garden to the quiet whispers of doubt and fear today, the enemy works in the shadows, opposing truth, love, and hope.
Yet the Bible is just as clear about something else: the enemy is defeated.
Through Christ, his power is broken, his lies are exposed, and his end is assured. These songs are not written in fear, but in confidence-declaring the authority given to us through Jesus and the victory already won at the cross.
Strike The Serpent and Stamp Out The Devil are bold, faith-filled declarations. They confront deception with truth, darkness with light, and remind us that in Christ we stand firm, clothed not in our own strength, but in His. This is not about glorifying the enemy, but about proclaiming his defeat.
